Some of our physical offices are now open, but to keep our clients, staff and communities safe, they are operating with a skeleton team only and this is subject to change as government advice changes. Many of our staff are still working from home.
We have worked hard to minimise any potential disruption to our services and with a small team of staff in some offices, and everyone else working remotely from home, it’s as near to ‘business as usual’ as we can make it.
You can be assured that despite these challenging times, we will continue to work hard to move your case along to the successful conclusion we both want.
In some cases, we would normally be meeting with you face-to-face, and so long as that is not possible, we will be in touch by telephone, Skype or Zoom.
Medical appointments are still taking place via telephone or video conference and we will be advising you about how that will work if it applies in your case.
