Glen, who is the regional managing partner of the Stoke office, joined Thompsons at the end of 2020 from Irwin Mitchell and, before that, Shoosmiths.  

Glen was at both firms for more than 20 years, during which he was a partner and often responsible for managing large claimant personal injury departments, as well as working directly to deliver excellent client service.

He is a great believer in a positive work culture and passionate about innovative ways of working. In 2006, Glen delivered a paperless process which he has since replicated across numerous personal injury teams and departments.

Glen focuses on process, systems and data analysis to help build on our commitment to continuous improvement in our service delivery and client care. 

Outside of work, Glen is an (occasional) rugby player, but more usually a rugby coach, cyclist and runner.​
