Shelley Brittain is a litigation assistant in the National Litigation Unit at Thompsons' Stoke office, serving as a key team member in handling personal injury claims. 

Her expertise is in employment liability and public liability cases, specifically addressing the needs of trade union members who have sustained injuries in accidents that were no fault of their own.

Shelley's journey at Thompsons began in administration, but her proficiency quickly led to her promotion as a legal secretary. After two years in this role, she embarked on further studies and training, honing her personal injury claim-handling skills. Her dedication to her clients is evidenced in her efforts to clarify legal processes, ensuring they understand the necessary steps to secure a successful claim outcome.

Outside of work, Shelley is a regular at the gym. She also enjoys taking her dog on long walks. As a mother to a teenager, her weekends are often filled with supporting her son's interests in football and motocross.
