Emma Rogerson works as a lawyer in Thompsons' Nottingham office. She joined the firm as a legal secretary initially, but quickly progressed to case handling, and now works on a range of case types with private and trade union clients across the East Midlands.

Emma’s clients have typically been injured at work in an accident or assault, or in a road traffic accident. She has specialised in clients with orthopaedic injuries, as well as burns cases, asthma claims, and acting for clients who have developed dermatitis. Some of her clients may also have minor head injuries, that will resolve, arising from their accident.

Emma appreciates that at Thompsons she is able to act solely for injured people and never those at fault, or their insurers. She strives to ensure her clients get the maximum compensation for their injury or accident claim that was no fault of their own.

When not working, Emma is a keen walker, enjoys music and spends as much time as she can with her daughter and step children.
