William's case experience
-
Settled a claim for the widow and minor children of a young husband who sought treatment on three occasions but was refused care by an ambulance and a hospital trust. He was subsequently diagnosed with sepsis, but treatment commenced too late and he died. William was able to prove that with earlier treatment, he would have survived with no complications, securing substantial compensation for the family.
-
Successfully settled a claim for over £500,000 for a patient undergoing hernia surgery which resulted in perforations to her bowel and bladder, resulting in the Claimant requiring lifelong care
-
Pursued a claim for a young active man who suffered a knee injury playing football which a radiologist failed to diagnose on an MRI scan. With the assistance of expert evidence, William proved the ligament injury should have been diagnosed and treated following that MRI scan, securing compensation for his client.
